Our special thanks to The Peninsula on the Indian River Bay for their generosity in making this event possible.
Trustee Emilee Reynolds started this event as a Sussex County friend-raiser. It is an evening of fun by the bay. Featuring live music, fine food and drinks, it is a celebration of the end of summer by good friends and neighbors. This casual event has quickly gained in popularity.
A celebration of the landscape and history of the Brandywine Valley and the art it inspires, Plein Air Brandywine Valley will be held between October 19 to October 23, 2014. A Gala Reception will be held on Friday, October 24, 2014. The event will feature ongoing painting and photo competitions, displays, and more.
This is the traditional kick off of the holiday season in Lewes, a part of the Lewes Christmas Tour. The event features the works of 100+ local and regional artists. Funds raised at the event help support CBH's general operating budget.
